Customers who are not satisfied with the products they have received will be allowed to make exchanges. However, they will NOT be able to return their products under any circumstances. Customers must pay for all shipping costs to be sent to HSquared, and for the new product to be sent back to the customer. In order for the customer to get an exchange, they must e-mail HSquared (see "contact us") where they will receive an address to return to, or they could use the return label on the package to send it back. The conditions for exchanging are the following:
- The product must be sent back and received by HSquared within 10 business days upon arrival to the customer's home
- It must not have been worn outside of the home
- It must not have been washed
- It must be returned with all original packaging and tickets
- The receipt must be included with the return
